A reimagining of a seaside Georgian manor house to make it compatible with modern contemporary family life.
With its striking Georgian front facade, we wanted to retain the original and unique aspects of the building. The solution was a sympathetic back extension, including an 18 metre swimming pool, a garden room and raised parking area.

The property retains many of its original features, including its original parquet flooring. We added to the grandeur of the property by building a bespoke library and replicating the original wrought-iron gate which leads out onto the street. There are also some modern touches, such as an outdoor granite seating area.
