Maximising the stunning vistas across the Taw-Torridge estuary was high on the agenda when it came to designing this new housing development.

We created six family homes for modern living. Each four-bedroomed property has a generous driveway, garden and garage. Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a spacious full height hallway with glass and oak staircase leading to an open-plan first floor.
