A complete redesign and redevelopment of a former bank into a hospitality venue for both locals and tourists in the destination of Braunton.
Retaining many of the banks original features, SQ bar and restaurants blends the stately grandeur of the former bank with fresh, contemporary flair.

A new entry was formed into the building directly between the bar and the ground floor restaurant. This allows patrons to be aware of both functions of the building and creates an ambience that flows across both areas. A new feature wrought-iron staircase was also added leading to the upstairs restaurant.
